I acknowledge that the publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising which does not comply with set standards with or without notice to the advertiser or their agency. The publisher has the right to hold both the advertiser and its agency liable for monies that are due and payable to the publisher. Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that advertisers and agencies have the right to publish the content thereof. In consideration of such publications, advertisers and agency agree to indemnify and hold the publisher harmless against any expense or loss by reason of claims arising out of publication. In the event that collection by an attorney for the account becomes necessary, the advertiser agrees to pay attorney’s fees and court charges. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks. Conditions other than the rates are subject to changes by the publisher without notice. The publisher is not liable for delays in delivery in the event of an act of God, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any work slow down, or any condition beyond the control of the publisher affecting delivery in any number.
